II) Other colors can be displayed, such as red, blue, green, etc.
a) <body bgcolor="#FF0000"> for red
b) <body bgcolor="#0000FF"> for blue
c) <body bgcolor="#008000"> for green
III) A file can also be used, as a background,
such as <body background="yourfile.jpg">,
but a 640 by 480 graphic, etc. at higher screen resolutions will intersect.
