III) Parental control information can be placed
within this section, if a person chooses to have their site rated for various
elements. As a result, the people, who have parental controls on
their systems will either block, or access certain web sites with this
feature. Certain words within a title, or description will alert
the parental controls, and, also, cause a site not to be accessable.
